Meetings
All processing of appeals and requests shall be conducted within 30 days after submission of the appeal.
Board Composition
The Construction Board of Appeals shall consist of five members enforcing each of the followings codes:
- Building
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Fire
Term Of Office
Members shall be appointed for three-year terms.
Mission
The Construction Board of Appeals establishes procedures necessary to administer the official duties related to construction code administration and enforcement.
